Shipping
Where do you ship?
We ship anywhere in the US. We don’t currently ship internationally, but join our mailing list for updates.
How much is shipping?
For a seamless experience from start to finish, We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
We don’t ship to PO Boxes.
When will my order ship?
In-stock items are typically processed within 48-72 hours, but please note that orders placed on a Friday may not ship until Monday.
My tracking isn't working.
Oh no! We’re sorry. It can take 48-72 hours for tracking numbers to activate. If it’s still not working after 72 hours, just e-mail us at help@thisismantle.com and we’ll track down your order.
How can I change my shipping address?
We try to process orders quickly, but please email us at help@thisismantle.com and we’ll update the address or try to find another good solution.
Returns & Exchanges
How do I place a return or exchange?
We always want you to love your items as much as we do! That said, if something isn’t right or you’re not completely satisfied, we're happy to initiate the return process as long as it’s within 14 days. Just go to account.thisismantle.com to start your return.
What is your return policy?
We understand things don’t always work out. So we give you 14 days to return unused items, no questions asked. If you have an issue after 14 days, please e-mail us at returns@thisismantle.com and we will do our best to make it right.
How long does it take to process a return?
For most items, it typically takes 1 week to process a return. Once the return is processed, we’ll refund your original form of payment and we’ll be sure to send you an e-mail notification so you know it’s gone through.
I received the wrong product, what do I do?
Please e-mail us at help@thisismantle.com and we’ll take care of it right away.

When is my CC charged?
Your credit card will be charged during order processing, typically 24-48hrs business days.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept credit card payments from Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express as well as debit cards. We also accept payments via Paypal and Apple Pay for US customers. We don’t currently accept prepaid gift cards.
My CC keeps getting declined.
You may need to call your bank to confirm the transaction in real-time. You can also email us at help@thisismantle.com and we’d be happy to try to help place the order.

Product Questions
How do I clean my products?
You can hand wash all of our dog walking accessories with mild detergent and lay flat or hang to dry. Leash may shrink slightly and become slightly stiffer in feel. This is normal and will loosen over time again with use.
Embrace the brass's natural patina that it leaves on high friction areas of the cord. To lighten and or remove stains, use a baking soda paste, scrub gently, and rinse after 5-10 minutes. A touch of detergent enhances cleaning. Repeat if needed; some staining may persist.
